Hi, I'm Buffie!

A former teacher turned best-selling author, public speaker, and transformational life coach.  Ever been thrown a curveball in life and didn’t feel equipped or prepared to get out of it, didn’t know where to begin or have the support needed to bounce back? Me too!  

Life knocked me down pretty hard in 2008 as I went through my divorce, was homeless the first year, struggled financially, emotionally and physically with my health, while raising my children on a teacher’s salary. Little did I know at the time this is what would help pave the way and forever change the trajectory of my life and learn how to thrive.  

I’ve been able to leverage my knowledge, skill and expertise in interpersonal communication, language arts, and life to help guide myself and others reinvent themselves and get their life back with grace, new belief, new foundation, and more confidence than ever before.  

I use an educational approach and unique formula combining Life Strategy and Emotional Intelligence to teach people how to tap into their own personal and emotional intelligence by putting them back in the driver’s seat to get the MOST out of life living by design rather than drifting or by default.
